Our Brief:

To create a flagship store in the heart of the City of London. To carry out a full shell fitout of an ageing unit in Old Broad Street, to create a lighter, more contempory look for this high end fashion retailer.

Solution:

Liason with all relevant local authorities, client and landlord management teams, design and installation of a full M&E package linked to the landlord's systems, create structural openings, install a staircase to the basement, drylining, flooring, signage, sliding doors, specialist joiner and display, decorations and the creation of a toilet block.  This complete turnkey project was delivered on time and on budget.
